Aortic diseases have high mortality and are usually late or misdiagnosed. Especially in patients with inflammatory vasculitis, diagnosis is often confused other causes of chest pain this a delay diagnosis. Vascular complications the most important predictors morbidity Behcet’s disease also polyarteritis nodosa. The aortitis obtained by vascular imaging, but partly made only biopsy on occasion an operation. Here we present case pathologically proven fatal aortic dissection patient Polyarteritis nodosa Behcet's disease.
